Privacy policy

This policy explains in plain words what data radar.royalbuy.in.ua (Prom Sales Radar) collects, why, and how to delete it. The service owner and data controller is Vasyliuk Pavlo Volodymyrovych, a private individual, Ukraine. Contact: vasyliukpavlo1@gmail.com · Telegram @PavloVasyliuk.

1. What we collect

We do not collect payment data: payments on the site are currently switched off.

2. Cookies

Necessary (work without consent because the site needs them): language (psr_lang), theme (psr_theme), your cookie choice (psr_consent), free-check counter (psr_free), Google sign-in (psr_user, psr_oauth), access key (psr_lic), order (psr_order), idea votes (psr_voter), referral channel (psr_src, 30 days).

Analytics — only after your consent in the banner: Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (cookies _ga*), Microsoft Clarity (session recordings and heatmaps, cookies _clck, _clsk). Input fields (email, key, search) are masked in Clarity recordings. Before consent Google Analytics runs cookie-free (Consent Mode); on account and admin pages and on addresses containing an access key analytics is not loaded at all. Change your choice via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

3. Who we share with

• Google — Google sign-in, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
• Microsoft — Microsoft Clarity (after consent).
• Telegram — the owner receives notifications about requests, new sign-ins and ideas (with the email/phone you gave) in their Telegram.
• Contabo GmbH — hosting: the server is located in France (EU).

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to anyone else unless the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

Account, request, key and idea data — while the service exists or until you ask us to delete it. The analysis log and technical logs — as long as needed for security and debugging. Analytics cookies live as long as Google (up to 2 years) or Microsoft (up to 1 year) sets them, or until you delete them in your browser.

5. Your rights and deleting your data

You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or withdraw consent to analytics. You can change cookie consent at any time via “Cookie settings”.

6. Changes

If we change what data we collect, we will update this page and the version date at the top.
