1. What the service does

The service shows which products on Prom.ua have confirmed orders: single-shop analysis, a product catalog and listing recommendations. The service is not affiliated with Prom.ua and is not its official product.

2. Where the data comes from and its limits

• The data is public statistics from Prom.ua pages: buyer reviews with dates and counters on product cards.
• Numbers in the service are orders in the sample (only purchases where the buyer left a review), not the full number of units purchased. Real sales volume is usually higher.
• We do not show or estimate shops' revenue. Where an amount “from ~X ₴” appears, it is only a lower bound based on confirmed orders, not turnover.
• Data may be incomplete, outdated or contain source errors. Verify it yourself before deciding on purchasing, advertising or prices.

3. Free use and plans

Without payment you get a few free shop analyses (the number is shown on the site; signing in with Google adds a few more) and the open catalog positions. Paid plans will come later; until then access is opened on request. Payment terms will be published separately once payments are live.

4. What is not allowed

• reselling or publishing the service's data as your own product or database;
• bulk downloading data (scripts, bots, bypassing rate limits or the paywall);
• sharing your access key with others or using someone else's;
• loading the service in a way that disrupts other users.

For violations we may limit or close access.

5. No warranties

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, completeness or accuracy of data, and are not liable for decisions made based on it, nor for losses or lost profit. We may change or discontinue features.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the new version applies from the date shown at the top of the page.
